** As a Director Creative Producing,
** you'll be a driving force in Target Creative by establishing the vision and strategy and operating model for large-scale content production that powers Target’s digital and physical product experience. This role is primarily focused on Product Detail Page (PDP) content, Owned Brand packaging, and related product storytelling, leading leaders and teams responsible for delivering high-quality, guest focused content 'll foster an inclusive, high-performing culture while driving operational excellence, innovation, and exceptional creative outcomes.

Working closely with fellow Directors, Sr. Directors, and enterprise leaders, you'll shape production strategies that position the organization to meet evolving creative, marketing, and business needs.  You'll strategically evolve Creative Producing capabilities by building scalable operating models, advancing production standards and best practices, and cultivating a best-in-class network of external creative production partners. Through strong partnerships with agencies, production companies, creators, technology partners, and production service providers, you'll expand what's possible creatively while delivering quality, efficiency, and value.
