Marketo Email Specialist

Description We are looking for an experienced Marketo Email Specialist to support digital campaign execution for a Hi Tech Engineering organization in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This Contract position is ideal for someone who can build, refine, and launch email communications with precision while maintaining strong brand and quality standards. The role will focus on developing marketing emails, coordinating campaign delivery, and helping ensure reliable performance across Marketo-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and code responsive email campaigns in Marketo to support marketing and communication goals.

- Build, format, and update email templates to align with brand guidelines and campaign requirements.

- Prepare, test, and deploy email sends while verifying links, rendering, personalization, and overall functionality.

- Partner with marketing stakeholders to translate campaign objectives into effective email executions.

- Manage audience segmentation, scheduling, and setup within Marketo to support targeted outreach.

- Monitor campaign delivery and troubleshoot technical issues that affect email performance or accuracy.

- Maintain organized campaign assets and documentation to support efficient production workflows. Requirements - Experience working as an Email Developer or in a closely related email production role.

- Hands-on proficiency with Marketo for building, testing, and launching email campaigns.

- Strong understanding of email development best practices, including responsive design and cross-client compatibility.

- Ability to review campaign details carefully and deliver accurate, high-quality work on deadline.

- Familiarity with email testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting processes.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing or project teams. Innovation starts with people.®
