Digital Marketing​/Business Development Specialist

Description We are looking for a Digital Marketing/Business Development Specialist to support growth initiatives for a legal organization in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position will focus on developing strong business development materials, strengthening brand visibility, and contributing to strategic pursuit efforts. The ideal candidate brings strong writing, research, and project coordination skills, along with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and update persuasive pitch decks and presentation materials tailored to client opportunities and business development goals.

- Produce and refine marketing assets, practice experience content, thought leadership pieces, and brand-supporting materials for external use.

- Coordinate responses for RFPs, proposals, award entries, and other pursuit-related submissions with accuracy and attention to deadlines.

- Perform research on clients, competitors, industries, and market trends to inform outreach strategies and support growth planning.

- Partner with attorneys and internal stakeholders to create customized materials that align with strategic business objectives.

- Oversee multiple assignments at once, balancing timelines, feedback cycles, and deliverable requirements across various requests.

- Support new business initiatives by organizing content, tracking progress, and helping ensure timely delivery of high-quality submissions. Requirements - Experience in business development, digital marketing, or a related marketing role, preferably within a detail-focused services or legal environment.

- Demonstrated ability to create marketing content, client-facing presentations, and branded collateral with a high level of quality.

- Hands-on experience supporting proposals, RFP responses, and other competitive pursuit materials.

- Strong research skills with the ability to translate market and client insights into practical business development support.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.

- Proven project management abilities with strong organization, follow-through, and deadline management.

- Proficiency with common presentation, document, and marketing tools used to produce business development materials. Innovation starts with people.®
