Digital Strategist

Description We are looking for a Digital Strategist to support digital communications and content execution for a legal organization in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position focuses on maintaining web content, shaping clear and compelling messaging, and strengthening the organization's presence across digital channels. The ideal candidate brings a strong grasp of website organization, social media content development, and branded asset coordination, along with strong writing skills for digital audiences.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and update website content to keep pages accurate, organized, and aligned with the overall digital experience.

- Structure online information in a way that supports clear navigation, logical page relationships, and effective content tagging.

- Create written content for digital platforms, including website copy, email messaging, and audience-focused campaign materials.

- Develop and refine Linked In posts that reflect brand standards and engage targeted audiences.

- Adapt branded social media templates using design tools such as Visme to produce consistent visuals.

- Coordinate the selection, formatting, and placement of image files to support web pages and social media content.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure digital materials are timely, compliant, and aligned with communication goals. Requirements - Proven experience managing digital content for websites, including page updates, content organization, and metadata or tagging practices.

- Hands-on background in digital strategy and content development within a services or corporate environment.

- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write effective web, email, and social media content.

- Experience creating or editing Linked In content for a branded business presence.

- Familiarity with visual content tools, including the ability to work within branded templates such as Visme.

- Comfort working with digital image assets, including file handling and placement across online channels.

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency across multiple forms of digital communication. Innovation starts with people.®
