The Minnesota JCC is seeking a Major Gifts Officer to cultivate and steward donors, with a focus on gifts of $10,000 and above. You will collaborate with the Chief Advancement Officer and CEO to grow annual fundraising, establish named funds, and align donor goals with the JCC's mission across multiple campuses.
You will manage a high-capacity portfolio, develop solicitation strategies, conduct face-to-face meetings, and guide donors through immediate-use vs endowed giving.
