The Major Gifts Officer at Northside Achievement Zone will cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of individual donors capable of five- and six-figure gifts, advancing NAZ's mission in North Minneapolis.
Reporting to Senior Director of Principal & Major Gifts, you will build donor-centered engagement strategies, develop proposals, and collaborate across Development, Communications, Finance, and Program to support the comprehensive campaign.
