Minneapolis Campus Ministry Director

Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit dedicated to proclaiming the gospel to the next generation by equipping students to share their faith on school campuses and online. Through church partnerships and student leadership development, the ministry seeks to give every student the opportunity to hear the gospel before graduation.

The Minneapolis City Director will lead Decision Point’s ministry efforts by building partnerships with churches, pastors, and community leaders while equipping students to share the gospel. This role combines evangelism, student coaching, volunteer engagement, leadership development, and strategic ministry growth.

• Church Partnerships:
  Build relationships with youth pastors, church leaders, parents, educators, and community partners.
• Student Discipleship:
  Coach student leaders, equip them to share the gospel through the 5 Gospel Challenges, and lead campus and community outreach.
• Ministry Growth:
  Develop partnerships and mobilize churches and volunteers to reach students across Minneapolis.
• Team Leadership:
  Recruit and develop a local ministry team, mentor emerging leaders, and support students and ministry partners.
• Vision and Communication:
  Inspire others to join the mission of reaching the next generation with the gospel.

• Ministry leadership experience in a church or parachurch setting.
• Experience recruiting, building, and leading teams.
• Passion for evangelism, discipleship, and developing leaders.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, teachable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Commitment to God’s Word, prayer, and Christlike leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Salary: $50,000-$75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

• Staff participate in fundraising by inviting churches, family, friends, and other supporters to invest in the ministry.
• Decision Point provides training, coaching, and ongoing support throughout fundraising efforts.

• Full-time position (45+ hours per week).
• Significant local travel throughout Minneapolis.
• Regular travel throughout the Midwest and to other ministry hubs.
• Occasional travel for mission trips, conferences, training, and organizational events.
