• Develop and initiate a care plan using an outcome‑based approach ensuring application of age‑related growth and development principles
• Coordinate, oversee, deliver, document, and delegate nursing care based on patient assessment and standards of care on an ongoing basis
• Direct, evaluate, and supervise the work of assistive personnel in providing delegated nursing services
• Collaborate with the operating team, patients, and family members to determine vital resources and provide continuity of patient care
• Communicate pertinent patient data to other members of the health care team in a timely fashion
• Provide patient/employee education based on assessment of learning needs of learner

• Current licensure as an RN in the state of MN
• Bachelor's in Nursing
• BLS certification
• 2 years of operating room experience with knowledge of AORN standards
• Ability to work effectively across departments
• Interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships with team members and customers and to coach, mentor and educate staff

Casual position

$39.20 – $62.72 per hour
