, you’ll provide compassionate, high‑quality care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes. The ideal candidate is a skilled and dependable Registered Nurse who thrives in a team‑oriented environment and is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults.
- Position Type:
Part‑time - Available Shift: Evenings 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- Wage Range: $37.70 – $43.75 per hour, depending on experience
- Bonus: $5,000 (Part‑time)
- Location:
625 W 31st Street, Minneapolis, MN 55408
- Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care plans for residents.
- Recognizes and manages common geriatric syndromes in aging adults, including cardiovascular, respiratory, urinary, neurological, sensory, and pain problems.
- Supervises work performed by LPNs, TMAs, and nursing aides.
- Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
- Coordinates, oversees, and provides resident‑related care.
- Administers medications and/or treatments per physician orders and monitors effectiveness/response.
- Manages medications, supplies, and equipment—including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of items—in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
- Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition and takes follow‑up action as necessary.
- Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.
- Current Minnesota Registered Nurse license required.
- CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Experience in long‑term care preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self‑starter with a desire to be part of a team.
