As a Registered Nurse Manager, you are responsible for:

• Providing total care for residents, monitoring conditions and needs.
• Administering medications and treatments following physician orders.
• Maintaining compliance with narcotic policies and safeguarding patient safety.
• Overseeing nursing assistant-registered staff and ensuring adherence to care plans.
• Completing documentation, admissions, and discharges.
• Reporting bruises, skin tears, or neglect and maintaining confidentiality under HIPAA.
• Delivering excellent customer service and building relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.

• RN licensure with the MN Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.
• Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required.
• Dependable, professional, and team player.
