• Supporting labor, water birth, and VBAC/TOLAC services as a CNM group independently.
• Collaborative support from in‑house OB and maternal‑fetal medicine groups.
• Attending approximately 40‑50 births per month across three affiliated clinics.
• Providing a natural birth experience with non‑traditional care in the hospital.
• Follows standards for Nurse Midwifery Practice established by the American College of Nurse‑Midwives and Minnesota statute.
• Maintains professional liability insurance including tail coverage.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Master’s degree or doctoral in nursing or related field preferred.
• Licensed Registered Nurse – MN Board of Nursing required upon hire.
• BLS Tier 1 – Basic Life Support required within 180 days.
• AMCB American Midwifery Certification required upon hire.

Medium work: lifting weight up to 32 lbs occasionally (Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), up to 25 lbs frequently.

Pay Range: $125,000 to $140,000 per year (starting base pay for a full‑time FTE).
