Compensation: $90,000 – $130,000 annually, depending on experience + $8,000 Sign‑On Bonus!

Superior Hospice, a new branch of Home Health Care, Inc., is redefining hospice care across Minnesota. We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to serve as an on‑call expert for our growing patient base. This role is perfect for an RN who thrives under pressure, seeks work‑life balance through a 7 on / 7 off model, and finds meaning in guiding families through life’s most sensitive transitions.

- Respond promptly to after‑hours calls for symptom management, crisis care, or family support.
- Provide in‑home skilled nursing care, assessments, and interventions.
- Deliver emotional guidance to patients and caregivers during sensitive moments.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to adjust care plans as needed.
- Document all visits and phone calls accurately and timely in our EHR system.
- Educate families on comfort care and end‑of‑life expectations.
- Triage patient needs via phone and determine appropriate next steps.
- Active RN license in Minnesota.
- Hospice, oncology, or palliative care experience required.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to remain calm in urgent situations.
- Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and medical teams.
- Willingness to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
