Job Title: RN Visit Nurse – Community-Based Role with Bonus

Location: Minnesota counties served by Home Health Care, Inc.

Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000/year + $4,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You’ll Do

Visit clients to administer skilled nursing treatments
Coordinate care with internal and external providers

Qualifications

Current MN RN license
Valid driver’s license and vehicle
Previous home care or clinical nursing preferred
