** What you will do as*
* ** a Triage RN:
*** Assess the patient and identified actual or potential health, safety or educational needs
* Uses communication strategies to achieve desirable outcomes
* Uses systematic, comprehensive patient assessment tools, and uses protocols appropriately
* Facilitates continuity of care through interdisciplinary collaboration and coordination of appropriate health care services
* Supports with interviewing and documenting patients both directly and indirectly

* What you will need:

*** Current Minnesota RN License
* Associate's (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
* BLS certification
* 5+ years of clinical RN experience
* Patient education and pro-active disease management experience
** Position is fully remote after training is completed. May also be required to work onsite a few days per year, as needed.
