BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Clinical Manager (RN required) to join our Plymouth, MN Adult Nursing Home Care office.

Office location: 3033 Campus Drive Suit E280, Plymouth, MN 55441

• Education of clinical staff, including oversight of a nurse residency program.
• Lead field staff in delivering exceptional client service and quality clinical care while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Visiting clients in their homes and supervising field clinicians.
• Accountable for internal case management and evaluation and development of field staff.
• Assisting with in‑home client assessments and completing the care planning process by providing clinical insight and support for your team.
• Combination of being able to work both with patients and office staff.

• Must be a currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing in the state of MN.
• Minimum three (3) years recent and verifiable hands‑on experience as an RN or LPN (preferably in home care).
• At least one (1) year experience in nursing management OR pediatric nursing required.
• BSN/MSN preferred.
• Have a Child Abuse Clearance, in states where applicable.
• Trach/vent/tube experience within home health care setting is preferred.
• Strong assessment and organizational skills.
• Prior supervisory experience with field staff, and experience with clinical oversight, monitoring quality assurance, and overall case management is preferred.
• Demonstrated successful track record of working independently while taking on increased or diverse responsibilities.
• Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position.
• Solid communication and PC skills.
