Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Open Circle of Heritage Park, a Cassia community, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our adult day program for just 16 hours per week. 8:00 am – 4:30 pm(flexible) 16 hours a week – Days and hours are flexible – set your schedule! Pay: $28 per hour

Location:

1015 N 4th Ave, Minneapolis, MN

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for members, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Monitor members health and act as a liaison with families and health care provided.
• Provide nursing care to individual members.
• Performs additional duties as required.

• Must have a current Minnesota LPN license and be in good standing.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
• Experience working with geriatric population preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
