Full Time Part Time and PRN opportunities available on days evenings nights and weekends

Client Specifics

Kids ages Infants 21 years old with trachs vents and g tubes

• Provide direct nursing care to clients in home and school settings
• Monitor patient conditions perform assessments and report changes to the care team
• Administer medications treatments and prescribed therapies
• Perform tracheostomy trach care suctioning and airway management
• Monitor and manage ventilator dependent patients and respiratory equipment
• Administer feedings and medications through gastrostomy tubes G tubes and provide site care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Educate and support family members and caregivers regarding patient care needs
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow established care protocols
• Maintain a safe clean and therapeutic care environment
