Nurse Manager - Patient Care Services

SUMMARYHennepin Healthcare has an opportunity for a full-time Nurse Manager, Patient Care Services, overseeing the Administrative Nurse Supervisors/Patient Placement, Visual Monitoring Technicians, and Morgue Services. This position reports to the Director of Patient Care Operations and provides leadership and oversight for clinical operations, patient care, staff, and service excellence across these areas.

Exhibits leadership behaviors that support staff to take responsibility, authority, and accountability for decision making related to patient care Develops, maintains and evaluates systems and processes to facilitate the delivery of patient care Assures adequate staffing consistent with patient acuity and assessment of staffing efficiencies

Monitors and ensures unit staff understands and complies with organizational standards, competency requirements, policies, procedures, and regulations
