Description:
The Pediatric Emergency Room Nurse will provide care in a fast-paced environment.
This position involves working with patients who require urgent and critical care.
The nurse will perform various procedures including IV placement, sutures, and catheterization.
Additional responsibilities include administering breathing treatments, managing chest tubes, and providing care for ventilated patients.
The nurse will interpret telemetry and perform EKG readings.
Collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes is crucial.
The nurse will maintain a patient ratio of 1:3 while delivering care.
Weekend shifts are required every other week.
