Associate Veterinarian – Small Animal & Exotic Pet Practice
Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota
Employment Type: Full-time
Practice Type: Privately owned, small-animal general practice with exotic pet services
Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 + production bonus
A thriving, privately owned veterinary practice in Minneapolis is seeking a compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join a collaborative, supportive team. This role offers clinical autonomy, the chance to work with both small animals and exotic pets, and a positive, client‑focused work environment—without corporate constraints.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high‑quality medical, surgical, and dental care for dogs, cats, and exotic pets
- Conduct comprehensive examinations, develop individualized treatment plans, and communicate effectively with clients
- Utilize advanced diagnostics to support clinical decision‑making
- Collaborate with a skilled support team to ensure excellent patient care
- Contribute to clinical protocols, workflow improvements, and best practice standards
- Support a positive workplace culture and client‑focused environment
- Privately owned practice with clinical autonomy and input into practice operations
