Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Food Safety, Quality Chemist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products meet and exceed quality and food safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry or a related scientific field, with a passion for food safety and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaboration:
Train new team members on food safety and quality procedures, collaborate across departments, and escalate complex issues appropriately.
Work Environment:
This position is based in an industrial/processing plant environment, requiring physical exertion and exposure to heat, cold, and wet conditions. It may involve working various shifts, including 12-hour rotating shifts covering evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
