Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager/SQF Practitioner, located in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. The role involves overseeing quality assurance processes, managing food safety programs, ensuring compliance with SQF (Safe Quality Food) standards, and conducting internal audits. The position will also require the development and implementation of quality procedures, training team members on quality practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain product excellence and safety.

Pay

$22.00 - $29.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications
  • Day shift in person Monday
    - Friday 7 am-4 pm
  • Strong understanding of Quality Assurance principles, food safety management, and SQF standards.
  • Experience in conducting internal audits, root cause analysis, and creating corrective action plans.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills to develop and maintain quality-related records and procedures.
  • Proficiency in team leadership, effective communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to improve processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Familiarity with the food packaging or manufacturing industry is a plus.
