- Strong understanding of real estate documents and transaction processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliable transportation (if performing in-person signings) and access to necessary technology for remote signings.
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
Competitive compensation package, with rates typically ranging from $125.00 to $200.00 per loan signing, based on experience and location.
