We are looking for a new real estate agent to work with customers on your own schedule and help them buy or sell a home. You’ll receive a flat‑rate payment per field event, with no sales pressure or closing requirement.

• Show homes, host open houses, attend inspections
• Set your own hours and control your workload
• Generate customers, especially on weekends
• Work remotely on the field – no office visits required
• Take advantage of optional educational services to grow your skills

• Real estate license in the state where you’ll work
• Smartphone, laptop, and GPS (or willingness to obtain them)
• Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your market
