Real Estate Attorney

FMJ is seeking a real estate attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. The position will handle a high volume of commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, financing, and development. The ideal candidate will have experience with commercial leasing, purchase and sale transactions, diligence (including title and survey review), drafting conveyance and ancillary real estate documents, easements, and closing transactions.

Experience with development transactions, transactions within Mergers & Acquisitions, and renewable energy knowledge would be a plus.

A successful candidate will be detail‑oriented with a superior academic background, a desire to learn, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills required.

Salary range: $135,000 to $155,000, commensurate with experience.
