Schedule

  • Monday – Friday
  • 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Compensation

$23–$24 per hour, with potential leasing commission. Compensation commensurate with experience and may not be reflected in this posting.

Responsibilities

Assistant Property Managers assist the Property Manager in day‑to‑dayинен operations. Functions include but aren’t limited to:

  • Managing inventory and ordering necessary administrative supplies and equipment.
  • Collecting, recording rent, and updating the rent roll.
  • Recording and completing work requests.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Handling resident issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining Bader’s standard of professionalism.
  • Showing and leasing apartments.
  • Maintaining thorough knowledge of leasing techniques and sales methods as designated by Bader.
  • Retaining a leasing closing ratio that meets Bader’s requirements.
  • Reporting, maintaining, and submitting administrative forms, files, and reports in a timely manner.
  • Processing rent payments, making bank deposits, reconciling account ledgers, and sending out late rent letters.
  • Assisting the Property Manager in designing and implementing resident retention programs.
  • Reporting any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding residents or the property.
  • Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing rules.
  • Pursuing educational opportunities for personal growth and development.
