Schedule: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM + rotating Saturdays 10:00 AM–4:00 PM

! As our 324‑unit apartment community continues to grow, we are actively hiring a Leasing Consultant to join our on‑site team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in apartment leasing and property management with a stable, fast‑growing company.

• Lease apartments and provide tours to prospective residents
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the leasing process
• Process applications and lease paperwork accurately
• Support marketing efforts and maintain strong occupancy
• Build positive relationships with current and future residents

• Leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred (training provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Professional, reliable, and team‑oriented
• Willing to complete required online training

• $18–$19/hour + leasing commissions
• Annual performance raises (up to 5%)
• $500–$1,000 employee referral bonuses
