This internship offers the opportunity to start your career in the fast‑paced, entrepreneurial sales environment of commercial real estate. You will support leasing brokerage activities by assisting with special projects designed to support quality decision‑making by clients and the brokerage team. As an integral team member, you will gain broad experience in various aspects of CRE, including exposure to sourcing, securing, and servicing clients on both the Occupier and Landlord sides of the business.

• Support senior brokers with business development by initiating outreach to new leads, managing prospect data, and organizing historical client activity.
• Gatherand evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data to assistwithclient deliverables and presentations.
• Assistwiththe preparation of offering materials, pitch decks, and other presentations for new business pursuits.
• Read, review, and abstract realestatedocuments such as leases and operating expense statements for clients.
• Create and use sophisticated Excel‑based analytical tools and financial models for ad‑hoc analysis.
• Shadowseniorbrokers in transaction negotiations, evaluations, and documentation.
• Serveasa technology champion, promoting and supporting the use of JLL's brokerage software and CRM programs.

• Bachelor’sDegreeorequivalent.
• Previous internship experience in a professional environment.
• Permanent US work authorization.
• ProficiencyinMSOffice (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative information.
• Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure andmeet tight deadlines.
• Astronginterest in pursuing a careerpathas a commissioned
  
  Broker.

• Experience usingCRM programs.
• Strong project management skills to prioritize high‑impact activities.
• Ahands‑on, team‑player attitude with a strong execution orientation.
