Sous Chef for Stanley's

As a Full-Time Sous Chef, you will bring your own unique flair to the menu, experiment with new flavors, and collaborate with our talented chefs to develop mouthwatering creations.

• Assist in menu planning and recipe development.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, plating, and presentation.
• Mentor and guide line cooks and prep cooks to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and food safety procedures.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop seasonal menu items and seasonal specials.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and maintain accurate record-keeping.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a high-volume kitchen, including supervisory experience.
• Strong foundation in cooking techniques, menu development, and flavor innovation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with kitchen technology and inventory management systems.
