Job Duties
- Assist bartender by keeping wells stocked with ice, and maintaining bar area cleanliness and inventory.
- Keep bar stocked with all bottled products, mixers, garnishes and glassware.
- Clean bar, glassware and service areas.
- Change kegs and empty trash regularly.
- Previous experience in customer service and/or the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Any previous experience assisting bartenders or providing cocktail service is a plus.
- Must be willing to work nights and weekends.
