We are seeking a dependable and hard working Dishwasher to join our growing team! This vital back of house role is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment—ensuring the tools and equipment our team uses are consistently clean, sanitized, and ready to support service.

As a Dishwasher at Green + The Grain, you’re not just washing dishes—you’re helping power the entire operation by keeping things running smoothly, efficiently, and hygienically behind the scenes. • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in accordance with company policy and state/federal health codes
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation throughout your shift
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize stainless bowls, utensils, and kitchen tools throughout service
• Replenish clean items to the front of house and kitchen line during the lunch rush
• Assist with breakdown, deep cleaning, and closing duties as assigned by management
• Monitor and refill cleaning chemicals, sanitizers, and supplies as needed
• Help with light stocking or receiving deliveries if required
• Support other team members and tasks when the dish area is caught up—teamwork is key!
• Properly store all equipment and tools at the end of shift
• Alert managers to any maintenance or safety concerns with equipment

• Strong work ethic with a positive, can do attitude
• Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures consistently
• Physically able to meet demands of the role: standing for long periods, bending, lifting up to 25 lbs
• Ability to stay calm, efficient, and organized in a fast paced kitchen environment
• Previous kitchen experience a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person
