- Retail or customer‑service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless a plus.
- Training or product‑demonstration experience a plus.
- At least 1 year of job experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Six months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
- Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Maintain customer confidentiality.
- Regular and prompt attendance.
- Meet established monthly/weekly sales quotas and goals.
- Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection rate and substantiated complaints.
