• Lead by example to ensure customers receive the EVEREVE experience through the Trendsend styling service.
• Style Trendsend customers using our proprietary online styling platform.
• Utilize the Trendsend Resource Center for weekly best-sellers, current theme boxes, and company announcements on Store
  
  IQ.
• Review customer profiles in the Trendsend stylist app.
• Curate 6–8 pieces in full looks aligned to the customer’s body type, lifestyle, and personal requests.
• Write authentic, warm, and professional notes with styling tips and end uses.
• Oversee and inspect product quality; process Trendsend returns and coordinate with Care Team as needed; put away returned items.
• Demonstrate efficient time management and complete work within the scheduled shift.
• Achieve or exceed personal minimum sales plan; meet sales metrics (SPB, items kept per box, keep rate).
• Style boxes for new and repeat Trendsend customers, maintaining expected Sales Per Box and complete each box within 45 minutes (30 minutes styling, 15 minutes for shipping and processing a return).
• Analyze customer profiles for new and existing customers to ensure outfits/pieces align with prior selections.

• Open to growth and development; highly coachable.
• In-store with no remote option.
• Preferably previous styling experience at EVEREVE or another box styling company.
• Passion for product, fashion, and trends; strong instinct for reading people’s style and wants.
• Ability to shine while working independently and in a team; strong computer skills and attention to detail.
