Kowalski's deli is a fast-paced, high customer service department. An ideal deli associate is inviting and service minded. They also are in alignment with adhering to state health code standards for safety and sanitation, ensuring service of the highest quality and freshest ready-to-serve foods.

Deli associates are responsible for building right relationships with their coworkers and customers through transparent and respectful communication, teamwork and problem-solving.

No experience is required! Kowalski's provides extensive, in-person, hands-on training that thoroughly educates new employees on how to perform their jobs safely, quickly, and efficiently.

6 am - 10 pm

Deli

Hours:

5 am - 8 pm

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Availability to be scheduled throughout the week during Deli operating hours
  • 18 - 28 hours/week
• Availability to be scheduled 2-out-of-the-3 weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) are a must
• Holiday availability required
• Ensure quality and safety of food
• Comfortable speaking to customers in an energetic and helpful manner
• Ability to work independently
• Interest in preparing, handling, and cooking food
• Interest in product knowledge
• Understand that you have the power to impact customers and coworkers day in a positive way
