National Corporate Housing is searching for an exceptional Customer Service professional who has a passion for creating superior guest experiences that leave an impression. In this role, you will go above and beyond to "WOW!" our guests before, during, and after their stay. The ideal candidate will direct resources to build and maintain a strong presence and continued customer loyalty. The selected person needs to have a professional image, strong communication and customer service and organizational skills (able to keep meticulous records), be detail oriented and be able to multi-task.

* Position is located in any of the following market offices:
Minneapolis, Kansas, Houston, Dallas, or Denver, offering a hybrid schedule*

What you are focused on:
  • Managing guests entire experience with National. Welcome Information, Pre & Post Arrival communications, Maintenance Request resolution & Departure Instructions.
  • Resolving client & guest issues promptly. Ensuring guest satisfaction by going above and beyond.
  • Reviewing apartment inspections to ensure inventory, furnishings and apartment set-up meets National’s standards & policies.
  • Manage existing and newly identified resources to centralize task activity for field offices
  • Manage resources efficiently, balancing workloads across team members and ensuring proper use of technology and tools
  • Coordinate field operations calendar for project and support schedule
  • Personalizing move-in gifts and replenishing welcome bag inventory as needed
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for coordinating vendor deliveries, pickups, setups, and installations
  • Develop & grow relationships with vendors & suppliers
  • Assist in identifying potential risks and challenges associated with projects and communicate risk mitigation strategies
  • Audit Market(s) vendor expenditures to ensure accuracy and correct discrepancies.
  • Occasionally traveling to inspect apartments, deliver miscellaneous items to guests, and manage lockbox inventory.
  • Performing other duties as assigned
