We are on the hunt for a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our vibrant team and propel the growth of our life insurance products. As a key player in our sales force, you will forge strong client relationships, uncover customer needs, and offer tailored life insurance solutions.

This role lets you work independently, meet potential clients in various settings, and hit your sales targets in a rewarding and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    Leverage our platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products, focusing more on client interactions.
  • Client Consultation:
    Perform needs assessments to understand clients  financial goals and insurance needs, presenting life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Sales Presentation:
    Deliver presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring to address client concerns and preferences.
  • Relationship Management:
    Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships, provide ongoing support and service, and conduct regular follow-ups for satisfaction and policy retention.
  • Market Research:
    Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to position our life insurance offerings effectively.
  • Sales Reporting:
    Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress toward targets; prepare regular management reports.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards.
Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset; able to work independently.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory and maintain a flexible schedule.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
  • Life insurance license or ability to obtain one (assistance provided to obtain license).

Compensation

Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $/yr

Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus and Commission

Note: Range is based on the average rep in current markets. Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly on the 15th. Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the client s sale.
