THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle-from prospecting and pipeline management to closing deals and driving revenue growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Prospect and Generate Leads - Use multi-channel outreach (phone, email, social) to connect with potential customers in your assigned sales territory.
* Respond Quickly to Inbound Leads - Engage with inbound leads from marketing in a timely manner to maximize conversion opportunities.
* Engage and Consult with Prospects - Build rapport, understand business challenges, and tailor solutions that highlight Kipsu's value.
* Manage and Own the Pipeline - Drive opportunities from initial contact to close, maintaining a steady flow of new business.
* Deliver High-Impact Demonstrations - Showcase Kipsu's messaging and ticketing platform, effectively communicating its benefits.
* Negotiate and Close Deals - Overcome objections, structure pricing and contract terms, and secure commitments.
* Stay Ahead of Market Trends - Keep a pulse on industry shifts, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine your sales approach.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Proven ability to sell - Prior success in a B2B sales role, SaaS or technology is a plus.
* Strong communication skills - Comfortable leading product demos, negotiating deals, and handling objections.
* Drive and resilience - You thrive in a high-performance environment and push yourself to exceed goals.
* Ability to manage inbound and outbound leads - You're equally skilled at nurturing inbound interest and proactively sourcing new opportunities.
* Ability to work in a variety of computer systems daily including but not limited to Hub Spot, Sales Force, Ring Center, Coinstar and Google Suite.

The base pay for this role starts at $45,000/yr. The pay structure for this role is base pay + commission. The total annualized on-target earnings (OTE) for this position is: $90,000+/yr.
