Your Family. Your Home. The Planet. Resideo is committed to "Protecting What Matters Most". As the newest addition to our Inside Sales Team, you will play a key role in driving sales for specific customer accounts in your assigned region.
Resideo is looking for an Inside Sales Associate II who will be responsible for achieving increased sales targets from existing accounts and customers aligned with business initiatives, along with increasing sales by recommending new product offerings to existing customers. You will also be responsible for increasing the customer base and influencing cross‑functional teams to eliminate barriers to sales success. Furthermore, you will drive new customer leads to outside sales and be the liaison with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customer problems.
You will analyze sales statistics and business needs to provide recommendations to customers and stakeholders.
- Active outbound calling campaigns with occasional cold calling.
- Inbound Sales/Product Support.
- Strategic Account management within assigned region.
- Deliver Value Proposition to customers.
- Manage sales cycle momentum.
- Deliver communications to customers.
- 1+ year(s) of sales experience with a demonstrated ability to attain sales quotas/targets
- Experience interfacing with customers
- Proven ability to influence at varying levels across organizations
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently
- Prior related industry experience
