Join Marsh McLennan Agency as a Sales Associate in the Retirement Services team. We provide business insurance, employee health & benefits, retirement, and private client insurance solutions to organizations and individuals seeking limitless possibilities. With offices across North America, we combine personalized local consulting with the global resources of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC).

As a Sales Associate you will support the sales development and growth goals of the organization. This role offers a fantastic entry point for aspiring salespeople to learn and master the sales process through a comprehensive mentoring program, becoming familiar with the Retirement Plan industry under a nationally recognized Sales Leader.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects while ensuring timely and accurate deliverables, with effective problem‑solving and resolution skills.
• Strong organizational, project planning and management, analytical, and multi‑tasking skills.
• Excellent relationship‑building and presentation skills, as well as a high degree of self‑motivation and drive.
• Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required.
• Series 6 and 63 securities registration licenses (a plus but not required).

Salary range: $62,500 to $116,400
. Base pay will be determined by experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and applicable minimum wage requirements. Incentive programs may also apply.
