Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, Hybrid role based in Rogers MN, for a Sales Development Representative. The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue. The role entails conducting outreach through email, phone calls, and other channels to qualify leads and set up meetings with prospective clients.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Sales and Business Development
- Ability to build relationships with prospective clients and identify customer needs
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the data capture or technology industry is a plus
