Analyze and organize client data, ensuring confidentiality, prepare and implement appropriate products & services - Work‑Life Balance:

Working outside the office in local schools and municipalities
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills and work experience - Licensing:
State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66 - Personal Attributes: values‑driven with a track record of success and accomplishment

excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with strong self‑confidence - Mindset: entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to positively impact others' lives

- FINRA Sponsorship: provided for required FINRA licensing
- Preliminary Employment Period (PEP): comprehensive 120‑day hands‑on training

Coaching:
a local Vice President will provide guidance throughout your journey - Leadership Development: access to Leadership Development School for those with management ambition
- Professional Growth: encouragement to pursue designations such as CFP®, ChFC and the Credentialed Holistic Financial Coach program
- Sign‑On Payment Eligibility: $250–$1,000 after signing the PEP agreement, based on a 120‑day timeline for successful completion of company‑sponsored FINRA licenses and registrations.
- Base Salary:
After successfully completing PEP, you will be eligible to become a 20th Edition RBG financial professional. Annual salary: $24,000. - Commissions and Bonus:
Eligible to earn commissions and bonus in addition to the annual salary. - Benefits Eligibility:
