* as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), learning to identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities while driving revenue for a high‑growth business.

Greater Minneapolis‑St. Paul, MN – St. Louis Park, MN office.

SDR Manager.

• A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent related experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A genuine interest in sales, marketing, or technology
• Self‑starter attitude with curiosity and willingness to learn
• Coachable, organized, and persistent

• Prior experience in customer service, retail, or fundraising
• Familiarity with CRM or sales tools
• Passion for tech, SaaS, or restaurant operations

• Research and identify potential customers through Linked In, Salesforce, and other prospecting tools
• Assist in crafting and sending outbound emails in Sales Loft, Gong, and Linked In messages
• Help manage inbound lead follow‑ups and set meetings for Account Executives
• Learn to qualify leads based on our ideal customer profile
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaign performance and optimization
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and 1:1 coaching calls
