Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Minneapolis, MN. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. They will also be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. Collaboration with internal teams and staying up-to-date with industry trends will be key components of this role.
Qualifications- Proven experience in sales, account management, and business development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer focus and the ability to understand client needs and provide solutions
- Willingness to travel primarily within the U.S. and Canada for plant visits, client meetings and events as required
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
