- Deliver Impact:
Become a subject matter expert in Treace Medical’s products and procedures, supporting surgeons and operating room teams for optimal patient outcomes. - Strategize for Growth:
Build and maintain new customer relationships, follow up on company-generated leads, and drive customer conversion consistently. - Provide Feedback to Innovate:
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product design and improve user satisfaction. - Train for Excellence:
Plan, coordinate, and execute product training for surgeons in both didactic and hands-on (cadaveric) settings. - Foster Relationships:
Maintain strong links with key accounts to further sales, expand market development, and ensure service continuity.
- A Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of successful field sales experience.
- The ability to travel locally (up to 90%) and overnight (up to 20%).
- Experience supporting surgeons in operating room environments.
- Hospital credentialing readiness and the capability to manage emergency support scenarios.
- A valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.
