Role Description
Due to a recent promotion and an upcoming retirement, Feldmann Imports is seeking a Sales Consultant with proven success. This is a full‑time on‑site position located in Bloomington, MN. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing an exceptional car‑buying experience, assisting clients in selecting new or pre‑owned vehicles, and effectively communicating the value of the available inventory. Additional responsibilities include staying knowledgeable about product features, maintaining a professional appearance, meeting sales goals, and collaborating with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Customer service and relationship‑building skills to provide exceptional assistance and foster customer trust
- Salesmanship, negotiation, and persuasive communication abilities to effectively meet and exceed sales goals
- Product knowledge and the ability to remain informed about a diverse inventory, particularly Mercedes‑Benz and pre‑owned vehicle models
- Organizational and time‑management skills to efficiently manage sales activities and follow up with customers
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software for managing sales processes and customer data
- Professional demeanor, self‑motivation, and a goal‑oriented mindset
- Previous sales experience, particularly in the automotive industry, is advantageous but not required
