Westlake Financial – Dealer Account Manager

Remote – On the Road The role is full‑time and includes full‑time benefits. Successful candidates will travel locally within their assigned market.

About the Position

Our Dealer Account Managers are dedicated professionals who train and support dealer partners to increase the number of vehicle loans. The position offers a highly incentivized, performance‑based compensation package and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare presentations and proposals to communicate company products and services to dealer management.
  • Identify and contact new sales prospects within the assigned dealer base.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals from field activity.
  • Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with independent and franchise dealer partners.
  • Provide consistent communication via phone and in‑person visits to train on current programs and fast‑funding requirements.
  • Offer solutions, restructure vehicle loans, and approve them in a profitable manner for Westlake and the dealer.
  • Assist in preparing sales contracts and educates dealers on necessary verification.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of sales materials and current financial product offerings.
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in automotive, finance, and sales (required).
  • 1‑2 years of previous sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • College degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
  • Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology.
  • Goal‑oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement.
  • Ability to communicate and work amicably with diverse teams.
  • Experience with Dealer Track, Route

    ONE, or CUDL is beneficial.
  • Experience in outside sales (preferred).
  • Significant local travel required; possession of a valid state driver’s license is necessary.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Target first‑year income: $60,000.00 – $.
  • Performance‑based compensation with a minimum guaranteed first‑year income starting at $5,000 monthly.
    • First year guaranteed minimum income: $5,000 monthly + commissions.
    • After first year: $1,000 monthly base + commissions.
  • Average rep earnings after 1 year: $.
  • Average earnings of top 25% reps: $.
  • Average earnings of top 50% reps: $.
  • Monthly vehicle mileage reimbursement programme: average $450.00.
  • No limit on commissions.
