Account Executive, Growth - North America
Join RELEX Solutions as an Account Executive in our Growth team, driving sales of new products to retailers across North America. The role includes the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, working with 500 existing clients and new prospects in high‑revenue retail segments.

Key Responsibilities- Value‑Based Selling:
Deliver an engaging value‑based sales methodology and present the vision to C‑level stakeholders. - Prospecting:
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities to meet quarterly and annual targets, securing access to key customer C‑level decision makers. - Sales Cycle Management:
Manage all aspects of the sales cycle including solution development, deal‑term negotiation, and contract closing. - Negotiation:
Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring expectations are documented and communicated. - Pipeline Management:
Maintain an accurate pipeline of all opportunities, white‑space, contacts and account history; provide regular communication. - Ethical Selling:
Maintain a customer‑centric approach, ensuring we deliver what we promise and remain 100% customer referenceable. - Team Focus:
Collaborate with internal teams (inside sales, pre‑sales, alliances, sales operations) to secure 100% customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (e.g., Sales Development, Account Executive, Account Management), with consultative selling to C‑level stakeholders; background in supply chain or retail is a plus.
- Self‑starter – independent, resourceful, adaptable, achievement‑oriented, resilient, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Team player – open‑minded, hands‑on, communicative; experience working with cross‑functional teams.
- Customer‑focused – build and maintain positive long‑term win‑win relationships with clients.
- Value seller – strong background in value selling; ability to articulate ROI and align solutions.
- Excellent communication skills – articulate proposals and sales communications; internal updates and Salesforce reporting.
- Expert negotiator – lead SaaS and Services contract negotiations with C‑level, technical and legal teams; build predictable closing strategies.
US‑based (Atlanta preferred); remote within North America acceptable.
