Outbound Sales Representative

Overview

Radar Talent Solutions is seeking a results‑driven Outbound Sales Representative to support new business development through outbound sales calls. This role is 100% outbound
, with the primary goal of booking qualified sales demos with prospective clients.

This is a 1099 contract position ideal for someone comfortable with cold calling, resilient to rejection, and motivated by performance‑based compensation.

• Conduct outbound sales calls using provided lead lists and targeting guidance
• Engage prospects in discovery conversations and communicate Radar’s value proposition
• Book and schedule qualified sales demos
• Accurately document call outcomes, notes, and next steps
• Consistently follow outbound sales processes and messaging frameworks

Success is measured by outbound activity, quality conversations, and the number of demos booked and attended

• $25 per hour (1099 contractor)
• Bonus paid for each demo booked when the prospect shows up
• Part‑time hours to start, with opportunity to increase based on results

• Must be located in the Twin Cities metro area or greater Minnesota
• Work is primarily remote, with occasional in‑person training or meetings required
