Job SummaryWe are seeking a talented Sales Admin/ Order Desk to join our team. The Sales Admin/ Order Desk is responsible for the following:
Responsibilities- Handle customer quotations and/or inquiries.
- Process customer orders.
- Process customer credit memos.
- Expedite customer order.
- Identify customer requirements to the Purchasing and Quality Departments.
- Provide technical information to customers.
- Originate customer complaint form.
- Provide the customer with proof of delivery when required.
- Maintain customer drawing files in Sales office.
- Great organizational skills and multi-tasking
