What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Engage with customers to identify needs and educate stakeholders about oncology products
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals for the territory
  • Analyze and identify trends in the oncology market and drug distribution channels
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term plans in collaboration with the local team and district manager
  • Ensure a consistent customer experience by collaborating with various team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience or a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 15%, including overnight stays
  • Experience in the healthcare/scientific field, with oncology experience preferred
  • Strong performance history in sales, marketing, or clinical oncology roles
  • Must reside within a reasonable distance to the district
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • 2+ years of oncology field-based experience selling oncology therapeutics
  • Documented history of strong performance in a sales or marketing role within oncology
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in oncology settings
